Great Service, Very Impressed!
After thoroughly searching around for a company to ship my car from NC to ME, I ran across Ellen's name from transportreviews.com, which had only good things to say about her and her services. I can vouch for those reviews personally. From the start Ellen was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote and provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. This was my first time shipping a car and she explained everything to me without skipping any of the imperative details that I needed to know for this process. She was able to work with my specific situation and figure out alternative ways to get my vehicle to it's destination in a prompt and safe manner. If I had to ship another car from this location again, I would contact Ellen in a heartbeat to help me along for another smooth and enjoyable experience.
Car Transport From Florida to NY
Gold Star Transport was professional, yet personal in their attention to our needs. They worked within our pick up and delivery times.They kept tabs via phone with us every step of the way when JR Transport had the car. We will use them- and JR Transport- again next season
Car Delivery
The car was picked up for me in Missouri on Wednesday. It arrived in Florida on Friday morning. The driver (Terry) kept me informed, was very prompt, and delivered the car within 1.5 miles of my home. I would definitely use this company again. No damage to vehicle at all. I was devastated when i totaled my car on vacation. I had to leave it behind in South Carolina when i went home to North Carolina. As I went through the process of figuring out what to do with it I had to deal with one rotten company after the next, who were absolutely no help. I finally decided to tow it back home, but all of the prices were outrageous! I was at the point where i was ready to accept having to pay an arm and a leg to get it back home. But that's when I found gold star. They said it would cost $250 to get it here, more than half of what the other companies said, and all I had to do was find a way to get it on and off of a flatbed. It was really easy to get it all worked out and they were with me the entire way. Ellen kept me updated on the whole thing and they were able to work around my schedule, even getting in touch with me late at night. My car was picked up the next day and delivered 2 days later. I've never had customer service this great! I give it a 10 out of 5 for outstanding service and wonderful people.

I was very pleased with the Goldstar transportation service. They were professional and very helpful. They had excellent communication and responsiveness. In my view, Goldstar is an outstanding value in automotive transportaion. I recommend Golstar with enthusiasm.

Easy to work with, customer service is A+, absolutely no complaints, dispatcher always called with any questions or on updates and driver was very pleasant and careful not to damage anything. Probably the best regarding rates and overall performance. I'm glad I found them and would use this company again.
2001 Ford E Series van
We purchased this vehicle on E-bay to convert to a special needs unit by installing a lift for our 15 year old son in wheelchair. After purchase, I went on internet and received several quotes in which some were around $75.00 higher to twice the amount we paid. The lowest was Gold Star Transport, and with the lowest, the thought occured to me that maybe I would not recieve a quality carrier which was a scare tactic of another transport company. The truth was just the other way around. After I talked to Ellen and read the reviews on Gold Star Transport we decided to go with them. Ellen had our van listed in a very short time to a very very reliable carrier. Van was picked up near Detroit, Michigan and delivered to our home in Northern Minnesota near Bemidji in just two days. Vehicle was in excellent hands. We cannot express enough how happy we are with Gold Star Transport and the carrier they assigned. All are true professionals. We may have got vehicle delivered as well with a different company, but we would have paid more money. In summary, if a person were to ask to explain our experience in one word it would be EXCELLENT. Gold Star Transport Is The Best
I had never shipped a car before so I was a little skeptical when proposals started filling my email box. Honestly, the one from Gold Star was one of the lowest and I called them expecting the worst. It was anything but. Great customer service, friendly and honest people from start to finish. Their driver kept me informed of his progress via cell phone the day of the pick-up. In a day when you worry about who you can trust, this was definitely a fantastic experience. Ellen at Gold Star is the best!

When I contemplated shipping my car, I had no idea who to use. I relied on the reviews that I found online. All but one had pros and cons. Goldstar actually had reviews right on their website and were all positive. They had 100% customer service stats and their price was very competitive. I spoke with Ellen, the owner, and I could tell immediately that she was all about customer service, in fact, she was great to work with. She always answered her phone, even nights and weekends. My car was picked up right on time, the gentlemen who came to pick up the car were polite and very accommodating. They called me regularly with a status of where they were. They delivered the car earlier than expected to my daughter and in the same perfect condition I sent it out as. They even called me after they delivered the car to my daughter. I urge you to check reviews and I would HIGHLY recommend the Goldstar Team. They are fabulous!
GoldStar Transport
Easy to deal with. The pickup came about three days after contact and delivery was three days after that. There were no add on charges. The car was undamaged. The driver did a walk through. Everything went without incident and the cost was vey reasonable (I compared several companies) The most you can say about a company is that they do everything you ask and you don't think twice about it. That was the case here.

My experience was fast, polite and very satisfying. Ellen Kealey and her husband went out of their way to keep me informed and find me a covered carrier with a very experienced driver for my Thunderbird. The drivers were most professional, congenial people who have been in the business for years. I never would have connected with them without the help of Gold Star. I would highly recommend them to oyhers.
